I asked if all my information was on my tablet and was told yes. After all the info was transferred I did not have any phone contacts or message contacts. Was told I had to do that. Worst customer service I have ever had since owning a cell phone. I visited a Verizon in Steven's Point Wi yesterday and Zach transferred all my phone numbers and helped with message addresses. Was very helpful and we will go back to that office. However I will warn everyone about the incompetent service in Wisconsin Rapids Wi. I should have gone to a different office to begin with, my husband went in previously and was told he needed a new phone. He left and two days later our grandson had no problem fixing the problem on his.phone. I think you need a person in Wisconsin Rapids who knows how to fix a problem without just saying "you need a new phone "
