  Arrived at the store to a sign that read be back in 30 minutes before the store even opened. Instead of saying we're sorry for the poor experience to everyone, fix the problem a good way to lose business is to ignore the problem that happens daily.

  Had a horrible experience… went in to add a line, and paid $100 for the line and activation. Wanted to port a number the representative didn’t ask just created a new one. Then I got a notification that my bill was going up $60 when I specifically said I wanted to add a lower end plan. I asked him to just remove the line and refund me as he didn’t do anything I asked. He said they don’t give any refunds. He was too worried about closing the store versus actually trying to make it right. He told me I would have to call cricket to fix it. I called cricket and they actually were able to take care of everything and charge me correctly for the plan change i wanted to make. I definitely not recommend this store.

  The actual wireless service has been an A+ for me and been a constant customer since 2017, however at this particular location I would give the customer service an F everytime, about once a year I come here. Not even the same person everytime either which is amazing to me. Check your bag and check your wireless account changes before you leave, they got their last one on me. And no, I'm not going to bother emailing support@blahblahblah.
