    Staff is incompetent and turned down our warenty on a new tablet that had a defective screen. One member even lied to my face saying that the damage on the screen was because of a Crack. Even when we had photo evidence proving otherwise.

    Rude staff that failed to be clear or helpful with the situation after spending 3 hours with them the first time. Only to need to rescheduled for later in the day, to get fixed what they failed to fix the first time. Welcome staff did not listen to the full reason we were coming back again to the store, they did not take any notes, and just checked us in. They consistently tried to interrupt when we were talking as well. They also do not show the skill set that I would expect from Apple staff. After “backing up” my phone, they proceeded to factory reset it saying it would fix the issue and everything would be the same. When they set it back up. They set it up as a new phone and did not have us sign into. So we lost a lot of stuff that was not actually backed up. The was a very bad experience and resulted in waiting 6 hours with Apple reps.

    I took my laptop in for a new battery. They shipped to a repair depot. After having the laptop for 8 days and gaslighting me when I called by saying it was being worked on, they admitted that the depot didn't have batteries and they didn't know when they would get them. They also said there was no way to get my laptop back to me, and they didn't know when I would get it back.
