I had such a positive experience with an Alex. She helped me not only find what I needed but went above and beyond with making sure it was the right one and it worked. She had such a positive attitude.

Beware of Best Buy ridiculous return policy. When attempting to return an unused $250 Eero system purchased <3 weeks ago, I was denied. Apparently you cannot return any items outside of 2 weeks without purchasing a BB "membership". My fault for not reading the fine print I guess. Lost a customer for life. Next time, sadly I will purchase from Amazon where I am guaranteed a no hassle return. Too bad because I have nothing bad to say about this store otherwise. Always enjoyed going there and recommended it to others.

What do you do when you buy a brand new Samsung dishwasher and it doesn't even make it for 3 months. You can't get through to a person at the local store unless you, "looking to purchase", then you get a person or transferred to your local store. The item is under warranty, but Best Buy And Samsung tell you to get a plumber to look at the issue which the warranty does not cover. I guess if I have to hire a plumber/repairman where's the so called warranty. Do I spend hundreds on a new dishwasher to repair it that the warranty did Nothing? Or cut my losses and be done with Best Buy & Samsung?
All advice appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
