I purchased a computer in April 2025, and from the very beginning it has not functioned properly. Initially, I had to install a driver just to get it running, which was unexpected and disappointing. Since then, the computer has experienced multiple issues and, even after being serviced by tech support, it still does not work as it should.
What has been most frustrating is the difficulty in speaking with store staff about a possible exchange. Given the ongoing problems, I no longer want this computer—I simply want a product that performs as advertised. This was not an inexpensive purchase, and I expected reliability and support to match the investment.
Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options and look around before choosing Best Buy.

Used there “live chat with an agent” online which I am pretty sure wasn’t an actual human. They say you have to call the store.. here is the number. Call the number and after a bunch of prompts final reach a person. Tell her I am trying to find out what they have for display models before I drive into town to see them. She is remote. Not even located at the store and can’t tell me. Also can’t patch me through to someone who could answer my question. Horrible customer journey.

I've been trying to buy things that are in stock in instead of online however recently Best buy has not had the cameras or vacuums or refrigerators or freezers that I wanted in stock and I have to go online to buy stuff. I have spent this month alone $3,000 online instead of in the store. You guys need to get stuff on the shelves because we need goods stored locally as opposed to some off-site location that can just shut people off when they feel like it; this is going to eventually happen and then everyone's going to be screaming and making excuses
