  Slow, slow, slow. They can literally only help one customer at a time. Don't expect much for customer service. They didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in while they were helping ONE customer.

  We called ahead and spoke with Amber about 2 phones that we couldn't find at our local store. She said they had 2 in stock. We drove the hour and a half to get there to get them. We are new Cricket Customers. Valentine was the only person in the store, but man was he amazing!! He is definitely a multi tasker, and took care of several customers at one time! He didn't even bat an eye when the entire store was full of people when he was finishing up with us! We had a great experience with him, and would recommend this store to anyone!! KUDOS Valentine, on a job well done!!
