    Saul and Bryan were amazing they helped after having a horrible experience with T-Mobile the same day got everything set up helped out with the best deals possible and they were super nice to all the other customers while helping me was very painless and amazing will be going in more to get family and friends to move to Verizon cause of Bryan and Saul!

    I really like the Waupaca Team Wireless team of Brian and Saul. Brian was amazing in the way that he listened. He was genuinely more interested in our getting what we needed than making a sale. We were so glad that we were able to get exactly what we needed in the time of chaos after the new iPhone launch. Saul was very knowledgeable and served us very well when the phones came in 2 days later. Excellent!!!

    The new store manager Saul gets straight ‘A’s in customer service, communication, approachability, and engagement. I recently brought in a device I wanted to activate for my daughter and he not only did that in a timely manner, he added her brand new line, activated her phone, found me a deal to trade in mine AND lowered my bill.
