Long story short, called ahead of my scheduled appointment to tell them my cat was having an emergency. After being seen for *LITERALLY* 4 minutes, we were sent away because they were *closing too soon to help us* (2 hours prior to closing). Staff then had the audacity to stop me and demand payment before sending me and a cat in distress having a life threatening emergency (panting, crying, writhing in pain) 15 minutes across town to an emergency vet. They quoted me over $100 for a 4 minute exam and delayed treatment for my cat, who passed away soon after. Negligent and careless at best. Don’t trust them with anything you care about.
