The two young gentlemen working were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had several questions and they patiently answered them all. They offered up some services and upgrades, without being pushy and helped me break it all down to decide if they were the right choice for me or not. Sounds like the ownership of the store changed recently and there is a noticeable difference in the customer service. Will absolutely go back here the next time we have any issues/need new phones.

They were beyond professional and helpful as they looked up potential promotions to ensure we were getting the best deal. We made quite a few changes to our account and services yesterday and they were patient, taking time to explain all new charges and timing of changes, etc. didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell or take advantage, just felt like they were truly invested in getting us the best deal! Glad to know we have a great store in town for support and info if needed in the future!
