They were beyond professional and helpful as they looked up potential promotions to ensure we were getting the best deal. We made quite a few changes to our account and services yesterday and they were patient, taking time to explain all new charges and timing of changes, etc. didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell or take advantage, just felt like they were truly invested in getting us the best deal! Glad to know we have a great store in town for support and info if needed in the future!

Decided to stop in the Watertown store and have to say, I had an exceptional experience with Collin. He is very knowledgeable and was able to address all my question.

That was not the case they asked me for a pin and I never received one! Spent 3 hrs at this store and walked out without my phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IT IS A INDIRECT STORE WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW PLAN PRICES BUT THEY CAN SELL THE PHONES FOR WHATEVER THEY WANT. Guy at the counter had no clue what he was doing constantly calling his boss. IF YOU DONT KNOW YOUR JOB WELL THEN DONT WORK THERE!!! If I could rate a 0 I would disgusting!!!
