  Completely unprofessional, and untrustworthy. The individual that I had at the counter during my visit was so unknowledgeable that they didn't even know how to check my hotspot data nor did they know how to check the data on my plan at all. They just need to ask me if I have the unlimited plan with the attempt to upsale me. They also somehow didn't even know how to do partial payments on an account... There was no thought behind those eyes, only someone who clearly didn't want to be there. Personally I think their wish should be granted.
