Although Alex wasn’t able to help me with that because I purchased my new phone online he went above and beyond with making sure I was taking advantage of every offer that was being offered to me and every savings I could get on my account. I went in there with one purpose and ended up leaving with a free iPad, free service for the iPad and 6 months of free Apple services like Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, storage, etc. I was already paying for these services but why not get 6 months for free?! I appreciated Alex’s helpfulness, kindness and willingness to help. He could have just sent me on my way but he didn’t. I would highly recommend anyone going to this Verizon store for any assistance. I’m confident Alex would be able to assist with anything you need. Thanks again Alex, you were wonderful.
