- RLryan lensOct 2, 20251.0Waist of time with Verizon sat on the phone with them over an hour trying to fix a problem with a phone after doing an update and told bring to the store the customer service is a joke at best west to the store and was told there sales not tec and told me to go to a 3rd party tec and pay them to fix it im going to switch provider's as soon as i find one with some actual customer service.
