    Waist of time with Verizon sat on the phone with them over an hour trying to fix a problem with a phone after doing an update and told bring to the store the customer service is a joke at best west to the store and was told there sales not tec and told me to go to a 3rd party tec and pay them to fix it im going to switch provider's as soon as i find one with some actual customer service.

    It’s difficult to review the actual business since we weren’t able to get that far. Called on a Saturday to confirm the phone we were looking for was in stock and it was. Asked about hours for the next day (Sunday) and was told they opened at 11, which I confirmed online. Showed up 10 after 11 on Sunday and the lights were off and doors locked. Waited around for another 20 minutes and nothing. Checked in online - no response. Called again yesterday and again confirmed availability and hours. Showed up after opening time and there WAS someone there but he informed us that he was too new to process a phone purchase and we’d have to come back. What!? I’m not blaming this individual at all since this is clearly a poorly managed store, but that’s absurd. We ended up ordering the phone from Best Buy since selling phones doesn’t seem to be super interesting for this store, which is interesting given the business they’re supposed to be in.
