They promised a free iPad and Apple Watch so long as we opened lines for them and paid for data. After agreeing to this, we found that we were being billed full price for the Apple Watch and 50% for the iPad, and the Watch was shipped to the wrong location. Spent 9 hours over 1 weekend trying to get things sorted out on the phone. Verizon called me Monday after all of that and informed me nothing was solved. Called back to the manager who was unable to help at all and blamed the entire issue on me. Make sure they actually show you everything they're doing on your account. I asked for this, but was given everything verbally. I should've pushed harder. This is the craziest sales experience I've ever had. Update: the email in the response still hasn't responded to me. Also, we had to go into the store to get our Apple Watch activated, and the manager made another mistake and we're getting charged for 2 plans for the same watch. Tried contacting Verizon support and they just disconnected the watch altogether, so now it doesn't work. We've had to take HOURS out of our day every day for almost an entire week now, and things just keep getting worse.
