Lectureing a customer without completely hearing their concerns without fixing them is wrong and is worrying to any customer. When the retail staff is more concerned about their needs and won't fully defuse a customer's concerns, well, it's a problem. Ashley, you may have a problem with me, but, let's be clear, you have done nothing to earn my respect, courtesy, or positive human interaction until after the transaction. If it was your retail business you would most likely be more patient and hear the customers concerns in order not to loose the business. Over time as you grow I hope you will understand this. Best of luck to you. Oh, when I apologized at the end of the transaction for my tone, I meant it. It would have been wise for you to do the same, being pro active can only be viewed as a plus by your customers.
