  Take your business elsewhere! Customer service is poor. They sell faulty devices and then refuse to make it right. Do not tell you up front that you cannot return accessories and then argue about the fact. Tell you to call the manufacturer for warranty to find out they are not even authorized to sell the product therefore there is no valid warranty! Pretty much the same comments on the manager as previous reviews.

  Can't say enough about the positive experience here. So very helpful. We worked with Mary, but I think the other person there was Kyle and both were the best customer service people we have worked with in some time.
