Talked to verizon and this store was trying to scam money from customers. Well its reported and hope someone looks into this store.

Service was down but we were not aware of how large the outage was (I couldn't look it up on my not functioning phone or call customer support). She jumped in while helping others to do so much troubleshooting for all of us at the same time! Ultimately, unable to fix anything as it was an outage but she did everything she could to help and was so warm and kind! Thank you Naomi!
