    Went in to open a new account with two lines. After more than 90 minutes of working with the associate we didn’t get anywhere. The associate was new combined with the system having issues. Was told to make an appointment to avoid a wait when I came back. Made an appointment and contacted them to let them know I was on my way when I was an hour out to which she replied “perfect”. I got there and they told me it would be at least a half hour wait, so I left. What’s the point of making an appointment and clearly communicating my arrival?
