The associate was new combined with the system having issues. Was told to make an appointment to avoid a wait when I came back. Made an appointment and contacted them to let them know I was on my way when I was an hour out to which she replied “perfect”. I got there and they told me it would be at least a half hour wait, so I left. What’s the point of making an appointment and clearly communicating my arrival?
