Also Cody who helped me the other day. They are so smart and know exactly the problem the minute you tell them and it’s fixed. To them I’m sure it’s just nothing but for me having to give up an iPhone 8 because it won’t accept updates was critical for me as I pay my bills on my phone. Alex as well as Cody are super intelligent when it comes to knowing their jobs. I can only say you are fortunate to have such good dedicated people working for you as people like them are hard to find these days!
