He was very quick with transferring my information from one phone to another, which was greatly appreciated as we were on a tight deadline for an appointment. He made our visit delightful. However, I mentioned our bill being higher than we would like, he mentioned being able to cut our bill down by $20. Can’t lie, we were pretty happy to hear that. However, our bill has been higher than the original bill ever since AND we lost our access to Hulu/Disney+. This was not relayed to us as something that would change. As a Verizon customer since, I believe 2012, I am not satisfied with my bill or removal of services that we were not informed would be removed. Feel free to contact me should you have any questions.
