I was locked out of my phone. After trying to resolve at another store, I found myself very frustrated. At first I feared I'd have to throw my phone in the trash. I am not computer savvy. After going through the recovery process and his explanation, my service was available. Thank you Gavin. Verizon has a very valuable employee.
