I first watched him talk down, belittling an elderly gentleman over a billing issue. He did finally help him but not before putting him in his place. I had a similar interaction with him when asking about a mobile hotspot. Lots of jobs out there. He should do Cricket a favor & go somewhere else. Gave 1 star but should be 0

He indicated that he worked with the same guy a couple of weeks ago. Very disappointing! Considering taking our business elsewhere.

Jessica was so helpful with my mother in law and I walked us right through everything and got her all set up. They don't make you wait for hours like other cell stores and treat you with respect. They held a phone so I was sure I got one. There is no hidden cost fees or taxes. And the cell service is GREAT! Thank you for making me smile!
