  The store employee was very helpful and did everything he could to help fix the problem. Cricket services however were most unhelpful, thier chat bot is useless and even chatting with a 'representative ' was less than useless. No resolution. Plus, cricket screwed up something thier end where I couldn't recieve messages from them to confirm my account. I was receiving from literally everyone else, but not cricket. And as they will only communicate codes through text, it was extremely frustrating. Ive had cricket cell service for three days now, we'll see how it goes from here.

  Just left the Cricket store in Rhinelander WI & have to say the customer service agent there is one of the worst that I've ever interacted with. I first watched him talk down, belittling an elderly gentleman over a billing issue. He did finally help him but not before putting him in his place. I had a similar interaction with him when asking about a mobile hotspot. Lots of jobs out there. He should do Cricket a favor & go somewhere else. Gave 1 star but should be 0

  We absolutely love Cricket!! We have 5 lines and very affordable and the service is great. Jessica was so helpful with my mother in law and I walked us right through everything and got her all set up. They don't make you wait for hours like other cell stores and treat you with respect. They held a phone so I was sure I got one. There is no hidden cost fees or taxes. And the cell service is GREAT! Thank you for making me smile!
