He put maximum effort into helping me out and was fully honest throughout the whole transaction. I appreciate that he was not pushy for unnecessary upgrades. We were on the verge of leaving Verizon due to frustrations with service but after getting the knowledge from Matthew, we will continue to stay and see if things improve now with the fixes he helped with. This will be my new go to Verizon service spot from now on.
