During my last trip there I had the fortunate experience of working with Ben, he is the first and only Verizon employee, in my experience, who makes an effort to keep customers and make sure things go as they should. If you have the opportunity to work with him I highly recommend doing so!

I had to make multiple attempts to resolve the issues. I was told it would be taken care of, only to find out it was not. When I went into the store to find out what was going on with my account I was treated rudely and was belittled. Since this back and forth took over a month I was told now there is nothing they can do., specifically saying ‘Well what do you want me to do, I can call but they won’t do anything.’ They cover for each other and make excuses for why something was not done. The lack of accountability and follow through is totally unacceptable.
