I had trouble scheduling appointment. I was on phone for 37 minutes to schedule appointment then got hung up on. Not sure who has time to waste with waiting on scheduling an appointment. I had to go to store to get service. I'm not sure if it was bad customer call center or just a way for Best Buy to scam people out of of service. Once appointment was scheduled someone finally came out but we are still waiting on a part.
