Installing a starlink does require you to have both the starlink app on your smart phone, and an activated starlink account. Geek squad phone calls transferred me around unsuccessfully for about three hours before I decided to return the unit. Great customer service on the return. Too bad starlink does not have the same.

From entering the doorway. Immediately helped me in a very efficient and polite way possible, they were quick to answer all my questions. Keep Michelle around, such a polite employee.
