Currently have 1 phone that doesn’t work and verizon said it would cost me $650 to upgrade his non-working phone. Went to ATT to shop around. ATT bought out all 5 of our old contracts, provided 5 new iPhone 17 Pros and dropped my monthly payment $120/month! Asked Verizon if they can work with me and they said nope. Ok. Thanks goodbye. They don’t take care of loyal customers. Go to ATT!!!

You definitely won't receive it in store. I was ignored for 20-25 minutes. Only after 1 customer left and 2 others came in after me did someone finally approach me. I was then told that I have to call customer service. 18 years of having Verizon, this is the very first time I have not been able to resolve anything in store.
