  Don't pay for something they can't even help you with. Everything has to be by appointment. You call and they don't answer, and when you go in person to make an appointment, they tell you they can't see you until a time they choose, even though they don't have a single customer at the counter. The service is truly terrible. You pay for a year's membership to get help fixing your computer problems, and they just tell you to make an appointment, even though they don't have a single customer at the counter. I explained what had happened to the young man who helped me at Oshkosh, and even then he said to come back. He didn't even have the courtesy to say, "I'll try." The service isn't free, but they treat you as if it were. Quintin T The young man who kindly attended to me told me that he couldn't help me.

  Telephone service is almost none. I keep getting sent to another foreign country. I can't ever seem to get a customer service agent. What poor marketing! Poor service.
