  VCA is the best! Saturday hours are a plus. Always able to see my pet in times of emergencies. Super friendly and great with my animals.

  We had an emergency with my dog yesterday and they were the only vet in the area that were willing to take in my pup on short notice. In the end we had to lay her to rest and the staff here were nothing short of AMAZING! The compassion, the care, and the professionalism that they all had from the front desk, the vet techs, and the Veterinarian were top notch! I greatly appreciate the way you all went about the situation. Including my wife and children in the process, checking in on our family, and walking us through the entire thing. I cannot recommend this great team enough! From the bottom of our hearts… THANK YOU!

  I have taken all of my pets here since I can remember and never had anything but good things to say until my last experience. My dog was sick with loose/blood in her stool, So I called to ask if I could drop off a stool sample (I did this one other time in the past) and was told I could drop it off that Friday. Upon doing so, the girl working didn’t even look up from her computer and responded with a very rude “ok...” when informing her why I was there. I was confused and asked if I was good to leave it there and she answered with a “yeah.” So, despite being a little put off by her response (or lack thereof), I thought everything was fine. I waited to hear back during the open hours on the following Saturday, all day Monday, and waited until about mid-day Tuesday to check in since I hadn’t heard anything. Only to be told that it was never tested because I “didn't have an appointment scheduled”. No one informed me that was required when I called the first time, brought the sample in, or in the days that passed. Extremely disappointing and negligent considering my dog was sick with no help clearly ever intended on being provided. I will not be returning, and based on what I have heard from another VCA client, in addition to the other reviews on here, I am shocked that the receptionist still has a job.
