  HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!! After BEST BUY sold me items that did not work and told me to call Geek Squad, I did...had to pay them to schedule an appointment and was told that they would be at my house between 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. After they did not come at 7:40, I called. He said he was 30 to 40 minutes away. They then told me they were only coming to handle one of two items. Not only was this TOO LATE to come but they were NOT going to fix all the items that needed to be done. WHAT A JOKE AND RIP OFF!!

  I guess they just don't want my business, or a good portion of the repair market's either. So I walked in and got straight to the point. The clerk was nice enough but here's how the conversation went. Me: "Hi. I forgot to bring the phone but I am just looking for a quote" Her: "Okay, sure what do you need?" Me: "So I have a Google Pixel 3 XL. I need a screen replacement, new glass for the screen, and new glass for the back. Roughly what would that cost?" Her: "... ... We only service iPhones..." Me: "What?... Really?" Her: "Yeah, we don't fix other phones" I have already had some bad experiences with them in the past. For example, they wanted to charge my mom $350 for a simple power supply repair on a Toshiba laptop that I ended up doing myself just paying $6 for the part...
