    Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not go to this store. I came in to trade in two phones and add another line and phone to our plan . Philip was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like helping us was an inconvenience. The other employee appeared completely unprofessional and disengaged, to the point that it felt like she could barely function at work. When I asked to speak to a manager, Philip flat-out told me there was no manager and that he had no idea when one would be in. From that point on, the entire interaction felt shady. When I asked for an explanation of the charges on my quote, they became evasive and unhelpful, which made me feel like they were trying to rip me off. I finally left and went to the Franklin location, where they immediately broke everything down clearly, treated me with respect, and gave me excellent customer service. The quote there was over $100 cheaper for the exact same 3 phones and new line. I’m a retail manager myself, and if my staff ever treated customers this way, they would not last long. If you want great customer service, go to the Franklin store. If you want to be disrespected and waste your time, go to the Oak Creek store.

    Went there needing a new phone talked with Charlie he helped me out even put the screen protector on for me so perfectly you would need a micrometer to tell if it’s not perfectly aligned

    My spouse and I switched to Verizon from spectrum a few months ago and traded in our iPhone 16 Pro Max's in order to receive a credit for the phones we were going to get through Verizon. Within days, there was a cell outage and I neither of us could use our phones for an entire day. The outage, accompanied by the spotty service that we had when we were anywhere but downtown, was enough for us to cancel our contract within the 30 day window, and we returned the devices to the store and were told by multiple agents that we would still get the promised $800 per phone that we traded in, as they said could not give us our traded in devices back. Months later, we are getting told multiple times a week that we are told both that we will not get our money back and that we will get $1,199.00. They often reference the contract that we signed over the phone, the contract the salesman told us "wasn't important to read" when we were signing at the time of initial payment. There are plenty of of reasons to avoid doing business with Verizon, but the primary would be their lack of consistent customer service and their unethical business practices.

    I wouldn’t go here again if my life depended on it. They are liars. Came in to add a phone to my business line. They tell me the phone I get will be free an iPhone 14. Next thing I look on my bill I’m getting charged an installment charge for the phone. When the guy at Verizon clearly told me phone was free. No trade in or anything. I had to go back up there because couldn’t do anything calling into Verizon over phone. And they still didn’t even fix anything acted like I didn’t matter told me they have to look into it to see if this was true. It is an iPhone 14 no need to lie about this. If wanted to lie or try to steal I would have got something better such as an iPhone 16 or higher. DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON STORE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET A SALE. AND IF YOU WENT TO THEM CHECK YOUR BILL MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT SCAMMING YOU OR CHARGING EXTRA FOR SOME LIES THEY HAVE TOLD YOU!
