    The goal of the store employees is to offer no assistance until you leave. Save yourself time go to a store that wants to do business.Bayview Verizon is 12 minutes away. You will save an hour of your time. We all need cellphones unfortunately Verizon Drexel town center employees want to make you painfully aware of that fact. Empty store Saturday morning.

    This is one of the worst locations to do business with. Last night, I went into the store to purchase a new phone about 35 minutes before closing. Instead of receiving professional customer service, the representative was extremely rude and disrespectful toward both me and my aunt. He had a negative attitude from the start and bluntly stated, “I am not going to sell you a phone today. You need to come in another day.” I completely understand if there wasn’t enough time left in the day to complete an activation—but there was NO apology, no explanation, and NO professionalism. A simple and respectful response like, “I’m sorry, we don’t have enough time to complete an activation tonight—could you please come back another day?” would have gone a long way. What happened to basic customer service? This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this location due to the horrible customer service.

    I went in early, just after they opened. Charlie got me set up with a new phone, found a discount I was eligible for, helped me with Auto-pay registration, helped me transfer data from my old phone, put a glass protector and case on the phone for me, and was *exactly correct* on the amount that my first bill would be. This is the opposite of my experience with AT&T - their reps would tell me how low my monthly bill would be, but they were horribly wrong. So tired of AT&T lies; I am very pleased with Verizon so far. Thank you.

    Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not go to this store. I came in to trade in two phones and add another line and phone to our plan . Philip was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like helping us was an inconvenience. The other employee appeared completely unprofessional and disengaged, to the point that it felt like she could barely function at work. When I asked to speak to a manager, Philip flat-out told me there was no manager and that he had no idea when one would be in. From that point on, the entire interaction felt shady. When I asked for an explanation of the charges on my quote, they became evasive and unhelpful, which made me feel like they were trying to rip me off. I finally left and went to the Franklin location, where they immediately broke everything down clearly, treated me with respect, and gave me excellent customer service. The quote there was over $100 cheaper for the exact same 3 phones and new line. I’m a retail manager myself, and if my staff ever treated customers this way, they would not last long. If you want great customer service, go to the Franklin store. If you want to be disrespected and waste your time, go to the Oak Creek store.

    Went there needing a new phone talked with Charlie he helped me out even put the screen protector on for me so perfectly you would need a micrometer to tell if it’s not perfectly aligned
