Quinn was the only employee working and was already with 2 separate parties, but they acknowledged me with an, "I'll be with you shortly!" By the time they were able to get to me, it was nearing 7:00 PM; by the time I left, it was just about 8:00 and Quinn was still working with another customer who had arrived after I did. While I was in the store, I observed Quinn do the following: - Help an older woman, who was transferring her data from one phone to another, remember all of her passwords to various apps to ensure the customer left the store being able to navigate their new phone. - Help a college aged student compare phones to make an informed decision about their purchase. - Help me compare price points and informed me of ways that my family could save on our phone bill WHILE helping me navigate my phone dilemma. When I apologized for making them stay so late, I was met with a smile and an, "It's no trouble at all!" Quinn went out of their way to go above and beyond for every customer in the building and made sure that everyone's needs were met. They remained calm, patient, and professional through every interaction. This location will be my go-to with any future needs!
