    I wrote a bad review on here the other day. We went back today and they were very helpful. The store manager was great. The only advice I would have is if you don’t have time to help customers acknowledge them right away and let them know.

    Stopped in this morning to update my phone as my old one was on the fritz. I was greeted immediately by Nick. He was extremely professional, explained everything well, and answered any questions I might have had. I highly recommend this store and more so, Nick.

    Matt was very patient and solved our problems in about 10 minutes. We had gone to a corporate store on Sunday and our problems wasn't completely fixed. Matt had suggestions that hould have been mentioned during our Sunday visit. Kudos to Matt.

    Went in to upgrade my phone and had the pleasure of working with Myles. He tried all permutations and combinations until getting the best possible detail. He was a Straightforward communicator with no shady salesman tactics. He was efficient and humble. In a profession where most interactions are tedious, annoying, and frustrating, Myles provided a welcome counter to typical phone plan service!
