    Please do not go here for any upgrades, plan changes, or explanations of services. This is not a corporate store, and we were given incorrect and false information purposly, multiple times. We changed multiple things on our plan, and the individual said he updated our plan to reflect the changes. Instead he only updated it for one billing cycle when we specifically told to make these changes permanent. We were then charged the previous amount and a little more on top of that for things that we did not request. I went to a corporate store outside of Madison, and they said they constantly are fixing issues that Monona's store created for better revenue, stats, ect. Do not go here since they are essentially "legally" scamming people due to, seemingly, loophole talking points and vangue explanations.
