- PLPatrick LembergerDec 16, 20221.0Paid $20 to have the TV diagnosed. They called the next day and said there's 2 possible reasons for the problem but not sure which one. TV goes on but no picture is the problem on TCL 43 inch. Then tried to sell me a different TV for $100 cause mine would be at least $160 to get the possible part that might fix it. Still unsure if either parts would fix the problem. Shorter story is I'm out $20. Better off buying a new one with warranty.
