He is extremely knowledgeable in ALL the phones and products they use, along with the difference and how to navigate apps, phone set up and other areas as well!! Cricket in of itself is a great company and has fantastic reception/service and offers androids, Apples and now Apple Watches!! I HIGHLY recommend going to this specific location for its wonderful customer service. Thanks Raouf!!
