Last night I had to make the toughest decision a pet owner had to do and let our family cat Gracie go after her health started to rapidly decline over the week. I called after 7pm to ask prices and availability and I talked with a guy named Murphy and he was the absolute best. He was Sincere about what we were going through. We made us feel welcomed and supported. Then today I had to get all the arrangements to get her cremated and forgot to get prints of her paws. My sister was going to go and get them for me but when she got there after talking to Murphy too he went back and got my sister Gracie's paw prints for us.
I have never felt so supported and taken care of by a facility before. I would 100% recommend this center for anything you need. Thank you Murphy so much I couldn't thank you enough.

We recently made a very heartbreaking visit to VCA Middleton after our dog took a wrong turn health wise. Our family was treated very gently by the staff. We were allowed as much time as we needed with our pet even though our family had already said most of our goodbyes at home. We appreciated how they gave us the option to be present or not and gave us options for cremation or other aftercare. They also sent a nice condolences card after with messages from the staff. While no one likes to be in a position to have to say goodbye to their pet, we are glad it was able to happen the way it did at VCA. Thank you for making a terrible day just a bit better for our family.

Our dog became sick fast with vomiting, lethargy, and weakness. Once stabilized at VCA, the doctors came to a possible diagnosis and tested her for Addison Disease. A 3-day stay to stabilize her electrolytes, she was discharged with this new chronic (but treatable with medication) condition. We feel their quick action saved her life from what we learned was an Addisonian crisis. We are grateful for their expertise and compassionate care. Once home she back was her old self. We got a follow-up call a couple days after discharge to make sure she was doing well. NOTE: This review is for both locations as we had to transfer her during hospitalization due to hours and available equipment.

Sadly my Stormy had an aggressive cancer and I had to make the heartbreaking decision of letting her go so she wouldn't suffer. There will always be a hole in my heart for sweet Stormy. I appreciate that the staff was kind and I appreciate the hand signed card I received today.

I would highly recommend VCA simply because they were so wonderful from start to finish on our two visits there in 8 days and you can just tell that they truly care about your animals and you as people. Doctor Alicia really made our experience the best that she could given the circumstance & I am forever grateful. We will be returning in the future with our other pups too. And then the card that they sent us after we had to put my beloved Sinder down was the sweetest thing, not only did they sign their names but they also wrote something and that meant a lot to us. Very heartfelt. Keep being the rockstars that you are at VCA. I wouldn’t change one thing. ❤️
