She reassured me I did everything I could and helped talk me through any doubts I had. It was a really hard day but I appreciate how kind she was and how she thoroughly explained everything that was happening which helped me understand everything better.

They kept us updated on her health and took such good care of her and tried everything they could to save her. When we had to come put her down everyone was so sweet and caring. I believe the dvm name was Dr. Trollope. So greatful we had a wonderful experience with you and that you did everything you could.
- SBSarah BrindleyJan 19, 20265.0We very unexpectedly and tragically lost our sweet dog of 10.5 years this weekend. VCA was very quick to give us answers about what was wrong and very honest but empathetic about his prognosis and what our options were. Everyone at VCA (including the receptionist, the vet techs, and the vet) was incredibly kind to our whole family in what was one of the worst days of our life. They graciously accommodated our almost 2 year old so that he could say goodbye to our brother and they gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our sweet guy despite having a busy day on their hands. Above all else, they were very loving and gentle to our guy in his final hours and prioritized his comfort and our time with him. They went out of their way to find him treats he would enjoy before he passed. Although we of course wish things had turned out differently, we were so grateful for their kindness and care on a very tough day for our family. We hope to never be back, but if we found ourselves in need of emergency care again we wouldn’t hesitate to bring a future pet here.

They were super supportive and had to deal with a very feisty dog who does not like vets - even in his old age. They managed to sedate him and gave us all the time we wanted to be with him before and after the euthanisation. Other vets did not want to deal with our dog because of his dislike for being handled by a vet. VCA made our experience as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. Thereafter, they sent a very nice sympathy card signed by the entire staff. Thank you VCA for being there when we needed you.

Have been here with 2 of my cats at several different times. One cat has many issues with his disease and the docs are great at getting him well after his disease knocks him down.
