I was just switching to another carrier because of the high cost of Verizon and suddenly I was treated like their enemy. Verizon also blocked me from logging into the MyVerizon app so I was unable to print my statement or change my address. The automated phone system also says it doesn’t recognize my phone number, which they issued to me. I don’t recommend this corporate store, and I would never recommend Verizon wireless to anyone.
