- EMElizabeth Morton1 day ago1.0I wish I could give a 0. I work from home. My hp laptop, not even a year old, just stopped working/wouldn't turn on. I sent it in through the geek squad. No support whatsoever while you're out of your laptop. They should definitely provide a loaner, especially since its within the warranty time period. Absolutely disgusting. Got hung up on by customer service after 15 seconds. Real classy best buy. I love how you stand behind your product and your clientele.

My experience at the Menomonee Falls location over the weekend was not good. I got a young associate who exhibited a whole bunch of I don’t give a damn. Went to the brookfield location and it was a totally different vibe and had associates who all wanted to help. Just go to Brookfield and save yourself the aggravation on the weekends.
