    Of course, a new phone solves the performance problem & with all the accessories discreetly piled on swiftly with tactics of talking to another rep (who talked about loving customers who give her side non monetary bribes) with 'claims' of screen separation.Asking to buy the phone outright, not on their 36 mo plan, was totally ignored.4 yr ago t he sales personnel for the retailer had higher standards of integrity. Only showed one phone- seemed to rush my decision.

    I had a terrible experience at this store. My son went in to get an old phone activated after losing his, and the employee helping him ended up disabling MY SIM card instead. Suddenly, I was without a phone for over two hours. I use my phone for work, so this was a big problem. Even after I explained the urgency, she offered no real help—just told me to “restart my phone.” While I was doing that, she told my son that he would “probably have to go to another store” and then walked away to help a new customer! She broke it and then left me to deal with it. In the end, I had to call Verizon support myself to get the problem fixed. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your time and need reliable service, avoid this store.
