My son went in to get an old phone activated after losing his, and the employee helping him ended up disabling MY SIM card instead. Suddenly, I was without a phone for over two hours. I use my phone for work, so this was a big problem. Even after I explained the urgency, she offered no real help—just told me to “restart my phone.” While I was doing that, she told my son that he would “probably have to go to another store” and then walked away to help a new customer! She broke it and then left me to deal with it. In the end, I had to call Verizon support myself to get the problem fixed. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your time and need reliable service, avoid this store.
