I have currently been working on getting a promotion credited to my account for over six months that was supposed to be credited two months after signing with Verizon. If you go to the store, you wait at least 30 minutes to be helped. When you call, they say they’ll get back to you and they never do. To me, it’s not about the monetary value of this credit. It’s the principle that I was told it would be credited and I’ve had to fight for it and still get nothing out of it. My personal opinion is that there’s not an ounce of honesty inside this store. I currently have over three hours trying to get this credit when in reality there should’ve been nothing I had to do on my side Besides activating service with Verizon. Furthermore They will wait till after you have already signed paperwork to tell you you’re not gonna get service within 10 miles of the lakeshore. Which may not be a problem in other areas, but the fact we live on the Lakeshore makes it a huge problem. We pay almost 100 per line And I know people who pay a quarter of that per line and have way better service than we do. I can’t tell you where to choose to go, but I will say if you choose the store, you will be dissatisfied!!
