  Cricket 2025 Motorola fold - literally embarrassing photo quality for such an expensive phone.. can't take photos of anything without it being blurry. Avoid literally buy any other phone. Never had such an issue and I spent a premium so I'm extra disgusted

  Never answer their phone. When I download apps and type my number in it says it’s an “invalid US number” and then told me I had to pay $15 to change it. That’s the number they gave me

  I went in to replace my sons phone as he had dropped it and shattered the screen. From the minute I walked in the associate had an attitude with me. The lady associate told me I was not a authorized user, I have been an authorized user since my fiancee and I opened the account, I asked her if she could call customer service, representative said "I won't call.." I called myself and yes I was an authorized user. I get it, glitch in the system or whatever, she brought it back up and yes I was on there as an authorized user. Customer refused to help me even after her manager instructed her too. Yes, I got frustrated at one point but I walked away for a few minutes and calmed down and came back and stayed calm even after she threatened me. I go to this store anytime I have issues with my account or phone and I have dealt with Tommy, who is one of the managers and he is great and always is calm, great customer service skills. I have never dealt with this lady before (hopefully never again). Cricket has been great to work with except for this one issue.
