I’m so disappointed in myself for not catching the name of the absolute guardian angel who helped me, but whoever was closing on 2/15/2026 deserves a raise and the biggest bonus imaginable. He stayed an hour past closing on a Sunday just to make sure I was taken care of. He patiently dealt with phone service issues, my parents calling in, and tried every possible solution to get a replacement phone delivered after mine completely shut off. At one point I was so overwhelmed he completely took over and handled the phone call for me and helped me type all the necessary information in because I kept receiving errors. I told him how stressed I was because I had a flight to catch and couldn’t imagine traveling without a phone, and he went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. He literally gave me one of his personal phones to keep. I almost started crying. It was hands down one of the kindest, most selfless things anyone has ever done for me. This level of care, empathy, and dedication is so rare, and it meant everything to me in that moment. Thank you for having such an incredible person on your team. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life.
