He clearly walked me through my options and helped me make the best choice. He even gave me a way to follow up with him to ensure everything continues to run smoothly. 10/10 recommend. I have had nightmare situations when upgrading phones and I’ve been putting it off for a while, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Thanks Scott!
