I went in to purchase a new phone and was very clear that I wanted to pay for the costs of upgrading from an IPhone 16 Pro + extra storage (instead of a normal IPhone 16) upfront. I ordered the phone in the color I wanted and then came back into get it a few days later. They started the transfer and then told me that the original employee put the order in wrong and the only way to fix it would be to turn the phone and rebuy it and it could take 3 hours. At which point I said I would just leave with my normal phone. They said I couldn’t do that because they already switched the service to the new phone. They said it would take 2 hours to get service back to my original phone. I was appalled that I couldn’t even walk out of the store. I just stayed and they did the return and repurchase . When I went back days later to return my original phone, they would let me in the store as they can’t open the store with one employee and the other one was late. Now, months later I still have a charge for 2 iphone on my verizon account and I only ever recieved 1 phone. THIS VERIZON IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO!! Steve acts like he knows what he is talking about, but he has no idea! Don’t use his help!
