    I canceled my service with Verizon, but I wanted to know what my final statement contained. There was no way possible to talk to a person about my former account. In fact, the AI hung up on me. I could not access on the internet because I no longer had an account. Talk about great customer service. We we a customer for 8 years.

    I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and I just had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jordon. He was patient and caring, and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and in a way that eased my 'tech' anxieties as well. He helped me better address my concerns around my storage limits and worked with me to free up more space. He actively listened and never made me feel rushed... I give Jordon my highest recommendation....he's a 10+ on a scale of 1-5!! Verizon is fortunate to have Jordon on staff!!!

    We had a great experience with Colin! We needed some reprogramming done on our phones Oh and we’re completely unsuccessful at getting through to Verizon by telephone or online. He knew exactly what to do and took care of both of our phones quickly and gave us some useful phone tips. Great job, Colin!
