- BABrad ArnoldApr 7, 20253.0I hired Hill Electric for a residential EV charger installation in Madison. The technicians were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job with the install. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by issues with their sales and accounting departments. Communication was difficult, and my requests often went unanswered. I encountered problems with invoicing—first just trying to get the final invoice, and then being hit with unexpected additional payment requests and late fees months later. It put a damper on what was otherwise a very positive experience with their on-site team.
