- LKLaurie Kotlan3 days ago1.0No Stars. Our fridge died two days after Christmas and, we went to purchase a new one at Best Buy-Madison West. We have an older home with doorways that are too narrow to accommodate the removal of the old fridge and delivery of the new. The only way to do this is through our kitchen window. Before finalizing the purchase, we explained this in great detail to the salesperson. We were assured this would be done. Moreover, when the Geek Squad dispatcher called to confirm they were on the way, we reiterated these instructions and, were told this was understood. When the delivery crew arrived, however, they refused to do this and left it in our garage, leaving the old one in our Kitchen. We ended up having to hire an outside-moving company to do the work at a considerable additional expense. A great big Shout Out to “Big Dog Movers” of Madison.They came to our rescue and were quick and accommodating. To say we are unsatisfied with Best Buy is an understatement!

Noah was a true professional and from his initial greeting on he had my best interest in mind. A very knowledgeable professional I would highly recommend.
