Better than west side location. Was busy so I was able to evade the annoying "can I help you" repeat assault usually faced.

Horrible service, the guy from the geek squad was no help, prolly should find a new guy, never going back there for any service or products.

The Geek Squad do a good job helping people handle: aggravating, frustrating, mystifying and overwhelming computers, tablets, telephones and other technologies. They do this with patience and good manners often with time constraints. From a confounding cell phone to buying a new piece of equipment the Geek Squad can usually offer some options and solutions.

Although I usually avoid big box stores like a plague.. between a new Dishwasher and a new washing machine, the staff and the inventory at this location have won my future business…whole staff went out of there way to be friendly and professional, and I would say something you would expect to find at a mom and pop shop
Staff A+
Inventory A+
Prices are as good as ever where else.

I had a very positive in-store experience today and just wanted to pass it along to store management if possible.
I purchased a pair of AirPod Pro 3 and AirPod Max headphones. I was first helped by Greg (?), a tall gentleman with a beard. He went out of his way to introduce himself and shake my hand, both small gestures were very welcoming and immediately set the tone for a positive customer experience.
I was then handed off to his colleague, younger blonde male (under 25 years old I’d guess). It was his first week on the job. He was so kind and personable.
I really have not had such a memorable in-store retail experience in a very long time and wanted to share how refreshing it was. I usually shop online but was desperate to get a new pair of headphones immediately, so I opted to pop into the store.
I hope you can somehow pass this along to store management so these folks can be recognized for a job well done.
