I am so happy with the service I got today at this store! My phone had an issue with system data filling up the storage. I wasn’t able to figure it out and thought I may need a new phone. Several employees helped me today and never pressured me to replace my phone. They helped me fix the issue and now I can keep using this phone for a while longer. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Thank you for your support today!

Final decided to pull the trigger on a watch.
I'll admit, after reading the reviews here, I was a bit reluctant. I was in town, so I stopped in. If I wasn't pleased, I could walk out without a watch. I've waited over 5 years at this point...
It was about 1:30PM (2/13/26), the store was busy. I did not have appointment. I walked in and made my way to the watch table. By the time I got there (about 20 seconds), I was pleasantly greeted by a female Apple team member (sorry, didn't get her name). She asked how she could help. By the time I mentioned Apple Watch, Michael approached and greeted me. He was a kind, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful as we worked through my options. He was even patient as I cashed in about 8 or 9 Apple gift cards to help pay for the watch. Thank you Michael!

I went into ask why my Apple Car Play in my Toyota wasn’t working and after discussion the guy sold me a new USB cord, told me my car was in the older range a 2023 Camry and that it was likely Toyotas software. If he had suggested a forced restart of my phone ( Apple support on the phone walked me thru it) I would haves saved a lot of personal time, and time at the Toyota dealership . I guess we can’t and shouldn’t expect any knowledgeable help at the Hilldale Apple Store. Exceedingly disappointed

I’ve been here a couple of times and not once have they been able to help me with my issue or tell me something I couldn’t have figured out myself online. Only time they’re helpful is when it’s time to sell you something. Staff is friendly though I guess.
Edit: I took a phone with a broken screen that Apple said they couldn’t fix and I would have to buy a new one. Took it to cellxpress in the mall and he fixed it in 10 minutes in front of me. Way cheaper too
