The only dampness would have been steam in bathroom during a short shower with the fan on! They told me is was water resistant not water proof. Then to fix it it would cost $350 (which may not work) or I could buy a new phone for as low as $399. Worthless Staff and warrentee! Apple has lost my business!

Asked why I bought a new phone, told the story about how it broke, then employee proceeds to try to make jokes about the situation suggesting I should make additional purchases on top of the over $800 purchase I made to replace my broken phone. Pretty tone deaf and not a great feeling when you're already having a crappy day!

However, very slow to repair an AppleCare covered defective screen on a work computer (5 days+), despite indicating that turn around time would be faster. If it takes 5 days, that seems like a very inefficient system. The only “expedited” solution they offer is for you to buy/return a computer during this timeframe, which seems wasteful.

On Wednesday November 5th I started working with a younger guy and he was absolutely fantastic!!! I wish I could remember his name. I was in with my 10 year old autistic son and this guy was so patient and amazing with him. Asking my son questions, answering all of my son's strange questions about the store that had nothing to do with the purchase we were making. He didn't get frustrated when my son couldn't pick which color watch or band he wanted. Unfortunately this kind young man pinched his finger in the drawer towards the end of our sale and he had to step away because it was bleeding. Please find him and give him a raise!
