  My phone’s charging port stopped working, so I had to go in and get it repaired today. Made an appointment at the Genius Bar, and although an iOS update was slowing services for everyone today, the staff were so kind and helpful throughout the process. Aiden was incredible and super knowledgeable, walking me through what he was doing and helping reassure me that things were working the way they should following a full data restore to my phone. The whole team also helped me look for my lost ring, which thankfully was recovered in the waiting area. Thankful for the staff who made a typically not-so-fun experience much more bearable :)

  Was helped today by John, such a nice employee! Went in looking for a computer, on initial look it appeared out of stock, thanked him and thought the interaction was over. He continued to look into my request, found a solution for me, and found me elsewhere in the store to hand me the item! Friendly service, did not expect him to stay so dedicated to my request! Great service, was very happy that I stepped in today!

  La atención es pésima, llegas y nadie te atiende. Fui a buscar un pedido online para hacer el pick up. Después de esperar un buen rato me tocó buscar algún empleado desocupado para pedir información. Me enviaron a esperar nuevamente a la mesa de pick up y nuevamente nadie me decía nada, el empleado encargado de esa mesa estaba atendiendo a otra persona y yo no quise interrumpir pero ni si quiera me preguntaba si necesitaba algo. Te ven esperando y no tienen la amabilidad de decirte que esperes que ya te atienden, eres como invisible.
