Stopped in to upgrade my phone. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were acknowledged while waiting for other customers to be finished. Milan was great at answering our questions and getting my new phone ordered. Once the phone arrived we received the same great service, and Clay was fantastic setting up my new phone and finishing out the sale. Will definitely be back!

Milan - assisted me with my new phone setup. He also reviewed my account to ensure that I was getting all discounts on my account.

Our church upgraded our phones and contract earlier this year and were informed we were eligible for a credit if we signed a contract. 4 months later, after not receiving a credit, we inquired and were then told we needed to return the old phones that had been disposed of. Still unresolved after several phone calls and store visits later. Gary, the store manager, fails to return phone calls now even after I was considering switching my corporate account over. Apparently, they don't work well with Christian organizations or Christian businesses.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Lake Geneva, specifically with an employee named Claudio. I came in to pick up a phone and was immediately asked for a PIN. I told him I didn’t have one but I had my government-issued ID and could provide the last four of my social. Instead of helping, he insisted there “should” be a PIN on my account. After checking, it turned out there wasn’t one at all. I was flustered and unsure how to create it, and rather than offering any guidance, he just stood there. Not once did he step in to say, “Here, let me help you.”
On top of that, when I mentioned that another customer left her notebook behind, he brushed it off and joked with another employee, saying she’s “here every day,” and they both laughed like it was no big deal that someone left their personal property behind.
The lack of customer service, attention to detail, and overall attitude was extremely discouraging. I will not be returning to this store as long as Claudio is working there. It genuinely felt like he didn’t want to be there, and as a customer, that’s the energy I was met with.

Sales people are sales, but unfortunately, this store doesn't and won't do their job. Unless you're making a sale, they will walk you. Something that both Corperate and Authorized retail stores are capable of doing. Gary is the supposed manager that dictates what is, and isn't possible, but when asked to get on the phone he is unavailable and at another store. This store will reply with an automated message not acknowledging customers concerns correcting their issues.
