    Excellent service from Mickie and John O at the La Crosse, WI Verizon store in Copeland Ave. They were very knowledgeable and patient, talking us through the process of switching phones, getting extra “gear” and even helped with pairing my Apple Watch. Very polite people! It was a pleasure to work with them.
