Tried to purchase a charger in store for upcoming trip. Unable to find it in the charger section. Three employees were too busy talking to each other to help.
Went home and ordered from another online retailer. Should have done that from the beginning and saved some time.

Came here around 5pm to just grab a new controller for the ps5 which was easy to find and all that but then I walk to the check out and theres another customer just standing there looking around and no employees in sight, we both just stared at eachother for a minute before I said "So I guess we just leave and pay later where is everyone?" We literally sat there and talked for 5 minutes before an employee finally showed up so we could pay and get the hell out of there.

Would you like an excellent example of why stores like this are going out of business? We came into the store to purchase a vacuum. When we went to check out, the young man at the counter, I believe his name was Danaes, asked if we wanted to use our reward card. I told him that we left it at home and he said, he would look it up and needed some information. Within a few moments he had signed me up for a credit card, WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! I immediately told him that is not what he stated and I did not want that. he said, it too late and he couldn't help. I told him you never asked me if I wanted a credit card. He said "well that is what a rewards card is". Nope, that is not at all what a rewards card is. I told him to call over the manager. She said i could call Citibank, but that there was nothing she could do to help. Please explain to me how they signed me up for a credit card without stating that is what I was signing up for??? He clearly asked me if I wanted to use my rewards card, which i have used in the past. Be warned that this is not acceptable. I will pay the bill when it arrives, cancel the card immediately, and NEVER shop there or at Best Buy again. After going there for many years, they just lost another customer for life. Hope that was worth it.
