  went in there today, 11/19/25 around 5 or 6pm. nice lady with black hair helped me get my new apple air all situated. it was a headache transferring the number but she had it under control more than me lol it was a pleasent experience, no pressure. while we were there a customer called about getting a 1tb iphone for there kid or something. just found it funny, the employee who answered said what i would have - 1tb means theres a problem elsewhere! great place, number transferred and good to go!

  I'm more than disappointed with my recent visit. My son's phone was cracked beyond repair, and we went in to file an insurance claim. Initially, the representative told him that the store doesn't handle phone repairs, which was confusing since we were there for a claim, not a repair. When I joined him and explained the situation, the representative handed me a pamphlet to call their third-party insurance company. I specifically asked if we could process the claim in-store, three separate times, as I needed to leave soon and my son would be walking home. The representative insisted that it had to be done through the third-party company, repeatedly stated she couldnt do it in store. Given the store's closing time was nearing, I felt rushed and frustrated. I pointed out that my daughter, who's also a customer on my plan, has always done her claims in-store without issues. The representative's demeanor changed only after I expressed my dissatisfaction, suddenly offering an option for my son to call from the store. This felt like a lack of willingness to help until I brought up that it was 30 mins to close, then thats when she stated she could call from the store. We wanted to look at his upgrade options to see if he wanted a different phone, were told there were few upgrade options available in our price range, and the representative didn't even bother to show us potential alternatives. I expected better service. I understand that 30 mins left of your shift isn't long, if there is a cut off time for certain phone concerns, then it should be posted. Example, no phone claims in store, no upgrades 30 mins before closing. My daughter is usually in and out in 20 mins doing a claim there. There was no other customers in the store either. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to consider switching to a different carrier.

  Horrible customer service. I came to make a payment and the person wouldn’t even make eye contact and was just looking down at her phone. She had an attitude when asking me questions. I only came to make my dad’s payment, but good thing I’m with Verizon.
