I called in and instead of a human picking up I got an AI customer service representative. My experience was disgusting and it was all to slash jobs and fire more employees.

Had my first experience using the Geek Squad. I had a huge issue with my my phone. Went to a Verizon to have it fix, but the gentleman there couldn't repair it. The only thing He did right was to send me to Best Buy. There I met Mike & Sage. The two greatest guys you can get to know. Sage worked on it and repaired it. Forget Verizon - from now on I'm going to the Geek Squad !!! Two intelligent guys.
